After placing the order, an order confirmation email and receipt tax invoice will be sent to you. Later, the order will be transferred to a delivery company of your choice and we will inform you about this in an additional email. If you did not receive an order confirmation email, please look in the "spam" and "junk mail" folders. If you still haven't found the email, please contact our customer service.

You can call us and change the shipping method within 3 hours of sending the order and provided that the order was placed during the operating hours of our distribution center (Sunday-Thursday, 08:00-16:30)
Orders arrive within 3-8 business days and usually much sooner.
If you have not received the order within 8 business days (not including Friday, Saturday and holidays), contact our customer service and we will take care of the issue immediately.
Of course, all our jewelry comes packaged in fancy jewelry boxes.
If you would like to give the jewelry as a gift, please indicate this in the notes to the order.
Warranty and instructions for use
Of course, we at Danon know how high quality and durable our jewelry is and therefore we are happy to provide a comprehensive warranty on each and every piece of jewelry (apart from SALE products).
The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers any defect that originates from a fault in production or assembly, but does not include defects that originate from use that does not comply with the instructions for use.
Liability restrictions include cases where the jewelry is damaged as a result of an accident, fall, abrasion, breakage and/or independent repair attempts
. Please note that Danon's warranty does not cover SALE products.
If there is a fault with the SALE product, we will do everything we can to help you fix it, but we cannot make any guarantees.
It is important to keep the jewelry away from contact with water, cosmetic preparations and chemical substances of all kinds.
Keep the jewelry in a sealed bag or box - this way you will give it a longer "life".
It is important to protect the jewelry from falling, bending or strong blows.
Avoid independent repair attempts - when it comes to repairs
, contact our customer service for a professional response.
In order to exercise the warranty:
* Proof of purchase must be presented (receipt, invoice, etc.)
* The product must be sent to us in one of the following two ways:
By registered mail - in order to allow tracking of your package, we recommend not sending by regular mail.
By courier - we will send you a courier who will collect the return from you at a nominal cost of only NIS 25.
Secure purchase at Danon
Of course, we take the security of your information seriously and do everything we can to protect your privacy.
All the information you provide will be entered into the server, which is secured using a system that is defined as Level 1 PC DSS (the highest level).
No! Credit clearing is done directly with the credit companies and we do not save your credit card details.
With each purchase you will have to re-enter the credit information.
The Danon company honors all types of major credit cards and allows payment via Paypal.

Returning jewelry purchased on
the Danon website allows you to return any jewelry you purchased on the website within 30 business days from the moment it was received by you.
The jewelry will be returned in its original packaging, along with the price tag, provided that it has not been used in any way.
All you have to do is fill out the return form attached to the package and send it to us with the jewelry you want to return.
In order to allow us to treat you as quickly and efficiently as possible, please make sure to clearly fill in your personal details and the reason for the return.
How can you send us the jewelry?
We recommend sending the jewelry back to us via registered mail in order to allow tracking of the package.
It is not recommended to send by regular mail.
If you would like us to send a courier to collect the jewelry, please contact customer service.
The service costs NIS 25
Our customer service will contact you to coordinate the refund.
You can choose between 2 options:
1. Receiving a shopping voucher for the website for 100% of the price you paid for the product.
2. Refund to the payment method you used to pay for the product you returned minus 5% (and no more than NIS 100).
pay attention! Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund for a product that was returned to us damaged or that was used not according to the instructions for use.
Also, it is not possible to receive a refund for the shipping expenses, if any, which you paid to receive the product or return it.
The Consumer Protection Law allows you to unilaterally cancel a purchase transaction on the website up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the jewelry.
In this case, you can receive a credit for the jewelry you purchased to the credit card with which the transaction was made, or to the PayPal account.
The credit will be given for all returned items, except for the shipping fee.
Please note, in any case where the cancellation is not due to a defect or discrepancy (that is, the product supplied is not different from the one ordered), the law states that the consumer will take care of returning the product to the seller and will also bear the shipping costs.
Danon products are made of two types of base metals - mezcz or pewter and are coated with pure silver plating, or with 24K gold plating.
Some of the jewelry includes Swarovski crystals or different types of gems.
We are happy to say that in most cases no. Our coating does not contain nickel (Nickel Free) and therefore it is suitable in most cases even for those who usually suffer from sensitivity.

Goldfield is a completely different metal and in fact it is not possible to make the same jewelry that can be made from mezk or pewter.
Mezek is a mixture of metals (alloy) based on zinc. It is a metal that is especially suitable for making jewelry. It is durable and does not cause sensitivity in the wearer.
Danon owns a private plating factory and all our jewelry is plated by hand.

Every piece of Danon jewelry is coated with a high-quality and durable micro-coating, which does not contain nickel (Nickel Free)
and therefore in most cases does not cause sensitivities.
